The Self-Help group meets once a week in Tiverton. The venue has ample parking, and has good access for people with disabilities.

There is also a cafe in the venue where you can buy tea, coffee, snacks and lunches. Some members of the group have lunch in the cafe afterwards and it is a good way of socialising.

Group members come for a chat and a coffee, say as much or as little as they like in complete confidence within the group.

Everyone in the group understands what it is like to go through a rough patch, and the group will extend a warm, friendly, and supportive welcome to anyone who might find it useful.
