Do you fancy a day which offers the chance to relax and
perhaps learn some new way of fighting the stresses of
everyday life?

On 21st September you could join us for a free day at St George’s Extension, Tiverton.
The programme for the day is:
Registration from 10am
10.30am Martin Tuckett, Senior Mental Health Practitioner, will introduce the theme
11.15am Coffee
11.30-12.30pm Morning workshops
12.30—1.30 pm lunch, displays and information
1.30—2.30pm Afternoon workshops
2.30– 3.00pm Bringing it all together over a cup of tea.

The workshops are all aimed to be fun and for people with no previous experience of the subject.  You will have the chance to try art with Azure Nunney, Creative Writing with Susan Doggett,
Singing for fun with Claire Anstee and Marie Yexley  will introduce us to a gentle physical exercise called the Medau Movement.
                                     
It is important to book the workshops as soon as you arrive on the day as some have limited spaces.  The same workshops will be repeated in the afternoon so that you have a chance to try two.
